The Serie A1 Coppa Italia Frecciarossa is played between the top eight teams ranked at the end of the Regular Season round, paired according to the pairings 1st vs 8th, 4th vs 5th, 2nd vs 7th and 3rd vs 6th.

The qualified teams play the Quarterfinals in a dry round at the home of the highest ranked team on January 24, 2024.

The four winners qualify for the Final Four, scheduled for the weekend of February 17-18, 2024.
